About the Presenters

Cécile Georges is the Global Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) of ADP. She leads the Data Privacy and Governance Team, which is part of the Global Compliance organization. The Team provides advice and operational guidance to all ADP business units globally, and is responsible for the design and implementation of ADP’s enterprise-wide compliance programs with respect to the protection of personal information.

Cécile holds a Magistère (Masters) in Information Technology Law and passed the Paris Bar. In her previous role as the lead lawyer for the Asia-Pacific region, Cecile relocated from Paris, France to Singapore, where she supported the geographical expansion of ADP in the Asia-Pacific region.

Julia Matarazzo is the Director of Privacy Execution Assurance for ADP’s Data Privacy and Governance Team. Julia ensures critical oversight and consistent execution of ADP’s privacy efforts by developing and enforcing global oversight and delivery escalation processes, program tracking, and the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Julia leads a team of privacy professionals, the Privacy Task Force Team, in the operationalization of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) across the organization.

Julia holds certifications in Information Systems Management and Business Intelligence Web Server Reporting. Julia has led multiple work streams and has collaborated with teams across ADP to drive the design and implementation of strategic programs such as the automation of the Data Flow Mapping workflow in their Governance Risk and Compliance Platform.
